  1. We’re so posh we use homemade rhubarb syrup. (It would be rhubarb jam if I hadn’t optimistically believed rhubarb had plenty of pectin, and the recipe was wrong about needing to add it.) Yay for jam-like products and ice cream!

  2. I have a pile of rhubarb in foil in the fridge….I had no plan for it, but maybe now I do, if it hasn’t begun to self-composte.
